At Peak Journeys Disability Services, Community Connector services are implemented through individualized support designed to help children and youth become active, confident participants in their communities. Our staff work closely with each individual to encourage social interaction, independence, and personal growth through engaging community-based activities tailored to their goals, interests, and developmental needs.
