At Peak Journeys Disability Services, Pre-Vocational services are implemented through hands-on learning experiences and individualized support tailored to each member’s goals, abilities, and interests. Our staff help participants build workplace readiness skills through community-based activities, volunteer opportunities, skill-building exercises, and real-world experiences that encourage independence and personal growth. Individuals are supported in developing communication skills, teamwork, responsibility, organization, problem-solving abilities, and confidence in workplace and community environments. Peak Journeys is committed to empowering individuals by helping them build the skills, independence, and confidence needed to pursue meaningful opportunities and reach their full potential.
